Matso's in Broome is the most remote brewery in Australia hands down!
It's a two and a half hour flight to Perth and Bali is closer than Sydney.In the late 1940s, there was a fire in Broome's Sheba Lane. Only a few buildings escaped destruction. One of those was Matso's Store.
In 1997 Matso's was turned into a cafe, micro-brewery and art gallery byMartin and Kim Peirson-Jones. It is now an integral part of the community.
