This is a cream ale brewed in Cincinnati Since 1958.
It doesn't contain cream. Cream simply refers to the smooth mouthfeel of this cold-fermented ale.

Delaina, one of the moderators, mentioned Little Kings as one of the first beers she had ever tried. Sure enough it was on the wall.
