John Tooth emigrated to Australia in the early 1830s in 1835, he opened a brewery in Sydney the Kent Brewery. In 1983 it was sold to Carlton & United Breweries. I discovered this beer in the early 70's in Willy Zelowitz's fridge. Today is Willy's 74th birthday. We've known each other for a while. I named his company "Mother Plucker Feather Company" maybe while drinking this beer.
