K Popは有名で皆知っていると思いますが、K Weisseを知っていますか？K PopのKは韓国(Korea)を表し、K WeisseのKはキムチを表します。K Weisseはキムチの乳酸菌で作られたベルリンヴァイセスタイルのサワーエールです。これは2016年にえぞビールによって日本に輸入されました（えぞビールは聞いたことある！）

#41 K Weisse
You all know K Pop but do you know K Weisse? The K in the former stands for Korea while in the latter it stands for Kimchee. K Weisse is a Berliner weisse style sour ale made with lactobacillus from kimchee. This was imported into Japan in 2016 by Ezo Beer (I’ve heard of them!) The Hand and Malt brewery in Korea was started by Bryan Do. Raised in L.A. and a kindred spirit. I hate normal so this was my cuppa beer. It was actually quite good. Vive La Différence
